The Training and Placement Cell of the institution actively collaborates with renowned pharmaceutical companies and industry partners to facilitate career opportunities for students.
A mandatory one-month industrial training program is organized annually for final-year B.Pharm and B. Tech students, providing them with practical exposure to industrial processes and professional work environments.
To enhance employability, the institution conducts comprehensive pre-placement training, including soft skills development, interview preparation, and personality grooming sessions.
Both on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives are held at regular intervals to connect students with prospective employers.
The institution also benefits from a strong alumni network, with graduates holding prominent positions across pharmaceutical industries and research organizations, who extend their support in mentoring and placement initiatives.
